Treatment Coordinator / Translator

Location: Bridgeport, IL
Position Type: Part-Time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Treatment Coordinator / Translator to join our dental team in Bridgeport, IL. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in dentistry. No prior dental experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Cantonese and Chinese and have a passion for helping patients while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with communication and translation between patients and staff
  • Greet and check in patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist patients with forms and office paperwork
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support front office operations and administrative tasks
  • Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience

Qualifications
