Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training & Development Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and performance through training new employees on all internal systems while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the internal agency management systems.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage Agency Management System projects
  • Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues
  • Train and transition new hires and acquisitions
  • Assist with acquisition data entry

Position Requirements
Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Experience with multiple Vertafore products is preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail focusing on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

$36k - $45k / per year
