This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while still being part of a dynamic community health team focused on social impact. You will be fully equipped with the necessary tools and support to perform your role effectively, engaging in regular virtual meetings and collaborative efforts with colleagues. • Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate and understand clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to clients' unique situations.
• Develop comprehensive service plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their personalized goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing vital resources and navigating social justice issues within the community.
• Engage in program development and enhancement initiatives, contributing to grant writing and evaluation processes that measure effectiveness and community impact.
• Collaborate with other social service organizations, healthcare providers, and community volunteers to coordinate services and provide holistic support to clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure the highest standards of practice and stay current with industry advancements.

The primary clientele includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who face a myriad of challenges, including mental health issues, substance use concerns, and significant life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
• Proficiency and knowledge in trauma-informed care, social justice principles, and community resource navigation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively connecting with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated empathy, organizational skills, and a client-centered approach to practice.

• Prior experience working in a nonprofit organization or within community health settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and the social determinants of health would be beneficial.
• Experience in developing and implementing group therapy sessions or community education programs.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
