• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs when they enter the detox center.
• Deliver compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families grappling with addiction and related mental health challenges.
• Implement individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet clients' diverse needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized service plans that align with their goals for recovery and empowerment.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary resources, ensuring their voice is heard in the context of social justice issues.
• Be involved in the development, evaluation, and reporting of programs aimed at enhancing therapeutic services within the organization.
• Engage collaboratively with community organizations, governmental agencies, and volunteers to amplify service delivery and reach.
• Participate actively in team meetings, ongoing training, and community outreach efforts to enhance the organization's visibility and impact.

The client population at our detox center includes individuals experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Each client presents unique challenges and needs, making it essential for our therapists to provide personalized and empathetic care strategies. Your clinical insights will directly influence their recovery journey, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Solid knowledge of social justice, advocacy techniques, trauma-informed care principles, and extensive community resources.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

• Prior experience in a nonprofit environment or similar setting focused on mental health or addiction treatment is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing various therapeutic methodologies and an understanding of evidence-based practices in social work.
• Experience in developing community outreach initiatives or educational programs would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year plus a sign-on bonus, depending on experience.
