Supportive Living Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote position. This role focuses on providing essential support and advocacy to individuals and families navigating the challenges associated with substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing tools such as clinical interviews and standardized assessment instruments to inform your evaluations.
  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique challenges of clients with substance use disorders.
  • Create and implement detailed service plans aimed at achieving clients' therapeutic goals, documenting progress and making adjustments as needed in collaboration with clients.
  • Advocate for clients' rights by navigating complex systems to ensure they have access to crucial resources, including housing, healthcare, and additional community services.
  • Contribute to our program development efforts by participating in evaluation processes and assisting in grant writing to secure funding for impactful community initiatives.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.
