Mice Healthcare, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our remote Detox Center team. This full-time role is instrumental in delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed care to individuals on their journey towards recovery. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will provide critical support and intervention, enabling clients to achieve their personal goals while contributing to our overarching mission of fostering social equity and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand and identify clients' unique social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing standardized tools and individualized approaches.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans, collaboratively setting achievable and measurable goals with clients to promote their active participation in the recovery process.
  • Advocate for clients' rights to ensure equitable access to community resources, treatment options, and support, both within and outside of the healthcare system.
  • Record detailed progress notes and maintain accurate documentation compliant with state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of our detox programs, including contributing insights for grant writing and reporting to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Engage with local community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to facilitate integrated service provision and community outreach initiatives.
  • Attend regular team meetings and continuing education training to stay updated on best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, or significant life transitions. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
