What is a Transitional Center?

A Transitional Center is a residential facility designed to help individuals, often those recently released from incarceration, gradually reintegrate into society. These centers provide structured environments, support services, and resources such as job training, counseling, and life skills programs. The goal is to assist residents in developing the skills and stability needed to live independently and avoid reoffending.
