What is the difference between Transit Oriented Development vs Urban Planner?
| Aspect | Transit Oriented Development | Urban Planner |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Focus | Designing communities around transit hubs to promote sustainable transportation | Planning and development of urban areas, including land use, zoning, and community needs |
| Required Credentials | Typically degrees in urban planning, civil engineering, or related fields; certifications may vary | Degrees in urban planning, geography, or related disciplines; often licensed or certified |
