The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a Procurement Analyst to our Trio Community Meals team. The Procurement Analyst is
responsible for driving procurement efficiency, supporting infrastructure-related procurement needs, and leveraging
business intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights. This role combines analytical expertise, process
optimization, and technical knowledge to enhance procurement and infrastructure operations while aligning with
organizational goals.
What you'll be doing:
Infrastructure Support
  • Manage procurement activities for infrastructure-related projects, including IT systems, hardware, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and budgets in infrastructure procurement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and negotiate contracts with
    vendors.
  • Oversee contract renewals and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Routine Decision Making
  • Determine data analysis methods to identify procurement inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Recommend supplier strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Decide on the design and updates of BI dashboards to align with organizational goals.
  • Make informed choices regarding vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement alignment with
    budgets.
  • Evaluate infrastructure-related procurement processes and suggest improvements.

What we're looking for:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, infrastructure management, business intelligence, or a similar
role.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting complex datasets.
-Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
-Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
-Knowledge of infrastructure procurement, including IT systems and facilities.
-Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
-Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
