Job Description

Our firm is seeking a Transformation Senior Consultant to support the execution of large-scale organizational transformation across our top strategic priorities. This role sits within our centralized Enterprise Transformation Office and will operate alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on execution across multiple service offerings and developing high-quality project deliverables.

The transformation team serves the firm by providing capabilities across several key service offerings: Strategy and Solutioning, Program & Project Management, Process Excellence, and Change Management. As a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate a foundational understanding of organizational transformation and change management methodologies, leveraging our established toolkit to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate works effectively in a collaborative team setting, takes direction from project leadership, and partners smoothly with functional/technical resources, external contractors, and vendor teams.

We are looking for an ambitious professional with a background in transformation—either client-facing or internal—who can support the execution of complex, multifaceted initiatives involving people, process, and technology redesign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project execution in designated roles to help drive intended value creation and realization.
  • Leverage and execute project and change management methodologies across assigned transformation projects.
  • Support efforts to evolve program, project, and change management best practices to advance the internal transformation methodology along its maturity path.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional transformation project resources across the organization to drive collective success.
  • Support the broader transformation team through additional project-based responsibilities as identified.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an emphasis in Business, Organizational Design, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, including demonstrated success supporting projects and fostering collaboration in a virtual environment. Experience within a professional services or public accounting setting is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Formal training or certification in project and change management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, Prosci) is desired but not required.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to navigate a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $75,000 to $140,000
  • Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
