What You Will Do:
This position will play a critical role in supporting the team as they help the client transform their business with digital transformation initiatives. Develop new capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing effectiveness and operational efficiency through enhanced automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.
What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement to include ONE (1) or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Active CBP or ICE Public Trust or higher clearance
  • Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
  • Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
  • Tableau or BI software experience
  • R or Python software experience

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
