Senior Sustainability Analyst - JLLWhat this job involves:

As a Senior Sustainability Analyst at JLL, you'll be instrumental in driving environmental performance across our diverse real estate portfolio. This role puts you at the forefront of sustainability strategy, where you'll transform data into actionable insights that reduce carbon emissions, optimize resource use, and advance our commitment to a sustainable future. Working collaboratively with facility teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you'll manage critical programs spanning energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste reduction, and employee engagement. Your analytical expertise and program management skills will directly contribute to JLL's ESG goals while identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements that benefit both our clients and the environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data across carbon emissions, energy consumption, water usage, and waste metrics using sustainability management platforms
  • Manage utility data collection, benchmarking activities, and performance tracking to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings
  • Support sustainability reporting, disclosures, and third-party assurance processes to ensure accurate and compliant environmental communications
  • Coordinate the EV charging program including vendor management, charger procurement and installation, performance monitoring, and reporting
  • Collaborate with facility teams, consultants, and vendors to implement energy efficiency projects, site assessments, and conservation measures
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and sustainability awareness campaigns to build a culture of environmental responsibility
  • Drive continuous improvement of sustainability programs, reporting systems, and operational processes to maximize effectiveness and impact
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, energy management, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience with sustainability data analysis, utility benchmarking, reporting processes, and program coordination
  • Strong understanding of greenhouse gas accounting protocols, carbon reporting methodologies, and resource conservation best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with proven ability to manage complex datasets and create analytical models
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, or building automation technologies
  • Hands-on experience conducting site assessments, energy audits, or facility evaluations
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and environmental management systems including ISO 14001
  • Experience working with sustainability software platforms and utility data management systems
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, CEM, or sustainability-related credentials
