This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various carriers, warehouses, and production facilities across different time zones. Responsibilities:· Inter-site transfers planification based on production plan.· Daily tracking of inter-site transfers.· Daily tracking of containers and import processes.· Daily communication with carriers, NVOs, and production facilities with different time zones.· Assistance in rate negotiation and carrier / NVO assignment.· Container status update in our internal ERP system. · Logistics invoices approval.· Additional tasks necessary to support the Inventory Division.Requirements:· Positive attitude!· High School Diploma or GED (AA or BA degree in Logistics or Transportation preferred).· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, especially in Logistics.
