What are transferable skills?

Transferable skills are abilities or talents that can be applied across various jobs and industries. These include skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. Highlighting your transferable skills can help you transition to new career paths or industries, even if you do not have direct experience in a particular field.

What is a transferable job?

A transferable job refers to a position where an employee can relocate to different locations, departments, or roles within the same organization. This flexibility is often based on company needs, employee skills, or career growth opportunities. Transferable jobs are common in multinational companies, government agencies, and industries like healthcare or retail.
