What You'll Do
  • Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads).
  • Follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest.
  • Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
  • Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins).

What We're Looking For
  • Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred.
  • Professional, reliable, and coachable.
