Carrying on the Rancho de Los Caballeros tradition of 76 years of excellence in family Ranch experiences, our Airport Shuttle Driver Associate is a key driving force in our overall Guest's satisfaction offering only the most fun-filled, professional, safe and engaging services available.
Are you ready to help create lifelong memories for our future Guests?
As an Airport Shuttle Driver Associate, you will be responsible for our passengers' safe and efficient transportation to and from designated locations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, and ensuring on-time arrivals and departures. This position requires excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a positive, professional and engaging experience for all passengers.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Transport up to 10 passengers at a time to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Wickenburg Municipal Airport
  • Ensure our Guest's complete satisfaction before, during, and after transfers by way of verbal and text communications. A professional digital demeanor and professionalism are required at all times
  • Assist with luggage when requested by Guests
  • Refresh the in-vehicle Guest amenity baskets before transporting Guests
  • Fill vehicle gas tanks and get vehicles washed per standards
  • Remain in text contact with passengers during day-off transfers to ensure clarity of transfer times and pick-up/drop-off locations
  • Inspect vehicles daily and report deficiencies to Leadership
  • Assist with other department functions as needed (room deliveries, luggage assistance, cover breaks, assist with telephones, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Requirements
  • Valid Arizona's driver's license with a clean driving record and no DUIs in the previous 7 years
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Strong Guest Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with various passengers
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or challenging situations
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written and texting
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine inspections
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts begin at 6am daily and continue through until 10pm
  • Knowledge of local routes, airport property and landmarks is preferred
