Lot Attendant

Transdev inBaltimore, MDis seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day-to-day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

CBA Position:Lot Attendant

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

  • $23.00 - $24.72 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
  • Starting pay $22.00 with progression to $23.69 over2years.

Benefits include:

  • Vacation:up to 14 days per year
  • Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
  • Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations
  • Maintain vehicle mileage records
  • Building supplies inventory
  • Clean and maintain building interior and exterior
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
  • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
  • Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
