Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Interoperability Support Coordinator to join our team in Doral, FL. This position is on-site 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Liaison - Act as the daily primary point of contact for J63 and J65 stakeholders. You will ensure the Contractor C2 Task Lead is continuously informed of evolving network constraints, technical barriers, and strategic shifts in architecture, managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating smooth communication.
* Integration and Project Support - Coordinate comprehensive, end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, staffing coordination, and progress reporting to maintain execution momentum and deliver milestones on schedule
* Strategic Alignment - Closely monitor J65 roadmap developments. Your oversight will ensure that contractor C2 technical sprints remain strictly compliant with Joint Staff interoperability standards and broader JADC2 data fabric goals, safeguarding strategic alignment.
* Requirements Translation - Translate complex J6 operational feedback into clear, actionable technical specifications and workflows for the contractor engineering and development team, while supporting all Task Lead directives and operational goals.
* Analytical Problem Solving - Utilize advanced analytical thinking, modern technical tools, and sound professional judgment to diagnose and resolve complex architectural and operational challenges, implementing high-impact solutions. Minimum Qualifications * Four (4) or more years of professional experience in Department of Defense (DoD) C5IM (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Information Management) or civilian equivalent environments.
* Proven functional expertise in analyzing operational requirements, identifying technical capability gaps, and proposing viable business and technical solutions.
* Functional understanding of the operational division between J63 (Current Ops/Cyber) and J65 (Strategy/Plans) planning horizons.
* Hands-on experience utilizing waterfall frameworks for project planning and lifecycle IT asset management.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate high-level J6 operational language into technical tasks for a contractor C2 engineering team. Desired Qualifications * Active CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification).
* Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and implementation requirements.
* Practical experience using ServiceNow for workflow management, IT service management, or asset tracking.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
* Prior experience working within a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or an associated component. Clearance Requirements: * Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance. Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
