Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Transcend Mental Health & Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnosing clients’ mental health conditions.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals and families.
  • Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on couples, families, and children/adolescents.
  • Specializing in various issues, including but not limited to grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, job stress, and challenges posed by blended families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
