As a Commercial Transactions Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone that has:
  • Degree from accredited law school
  • Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area
