What are Transaction Risk Underwriters?

Transaction Risk Underwriters are professionals who assess, evaluate, and manage the risks associated with complex financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, or warranty and indemnity insurance. They work closely with legal, financial, and insurance professionals to ensure that clients are protected against unforeseen liabilities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both insurance products and the specifics of business transactions.
