RemX is hiring a Transaction Review Specialist for a growing company in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying errors, and helping ensure transactions are processed accurately.


Location: Duluth, GA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $45,000–$47,000/year


Responsibilities:

  • Review transactions for accuracy
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile information across multiple systems
  • Review commissions and identify revenue opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with operational and financial reporting
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners
  • Support process improvements and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an office, customer service, financial, or operations support role
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
