You will learn to manage transactions from accepted offer through closing while coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, and vendors. You will strengthen your communication skills, stay organized through multiple timelines, and help ensure every document, deadline, and milestone is completed accurately and on time.


Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems, practical workflows, and best practices that support efficient transactions and exceptional client service. Compensation:

$40,000 - $85,000 at plan transactions


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Compensation shows estimated earnings: Vary Based on Transaction Volume and Fee Structure
