Youโ€™d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Responsibilities: โ€ข Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities โ€ข Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close โ€ข Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules โ€ข Make sure the buyerโ€™s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process โ€ข Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently Qualifications: โ€ข High school diploma required; Associateโ€™s degree preferred โ€ข Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued โ€ข Real estate license preferred โ€ข Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service โ€ข Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly Compensation: $65,000
