Highly organized and collaborative, you're skilled at compiling information, creating polished client deliverables, and ensuring consistency and quality across all work. You take ownership of processes-from managing CRM data and agreements to overseeing invoicing and tracking workflows.

In this role, you will...
  • Execute duties associated with initiation and completion of real estate transactions.
  • Support brokers to identify opportunities.
  • Assist with projects and deliverables.
  • Prepare final reports and ad-hoc research per client and brokers requests.
  • Help establish protocol and customized templates.
  • Assist with creation of RFP responses including compilation of information and graphics for new clients as well as, one off transactions for existing clients.
  • Create and oversee all business development deliverables for business development, account communications, or regular presentations.
  • Review and approve all client deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Compile materials from all parties, streamline and make consistent for delivery and communication to client.
  • Prepare and manage internal co-broker agreements and confidentiality documentation
  • Oversee internal management process including invoicing.
  • Oversee CRM, and ongoing management and ensuring all information current.
  • Follow internal protocol/checklist to proactively manage each transaction and/or project and for support reference
What you Bring
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate lease management or transaction management or related professional services is required
  • Experience working with corporate clients or occupiers of real estate is strongly desired
  • Real Estate license is required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and solid time management skills
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and strong process orientation
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of financial analysis
  • Demonstrates both an ability to think and work independently, as well as work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Must possess strong relationship, leadership, and management skills
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Adobe InDesign and Salesforce a plus

Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Area/Location Specific: Washington, DC.
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $70,807 to $85,000.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Benefits
Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
