Job Summary:
Senior Associate, Transaction & Processing (New Loan Servicing) is responsible for analyzing commercial loan agreements, configuring servicing requirements within the loan servicing platform, and establishing procedures to support effective loan administration. This role requires strong loan servicing expertise, a focus on process improvement and compliance, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new loan and investor onboarding, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
  • Review loan documents and oversee accurate setup within the servicing system.
  • Manage workflow assignments, shared mailboxes, and cross-functional communications.
  • Partner with vendors and offshore teams to resolve exceptions and operational issues.
  • Support process improvements, procedure development, and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, loan servicing, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, industry terminology, and adjustable-rate mortgage loans.
  • Ability to analyze complex loan documents and accurately implement loan terms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
