Transaction Support Associate


Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Term: 4-Month Contract (Potential for extension)


The Mission

The Transaction Management team is the engine under the hood of our operations, ensuring every deal moves forward smoothly, compliantly, and on time. As a Transaction Support Associate, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the critical logistics of a transaction, partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience.


What You’ll Do

You will manage the essential administrative and operational tasks required to move high-volume transactions toward completion:

  • Financial & Compliance Ops: Initiate wire transfers and verify insurance claims and declarations with 100% accuracy.
  • Vendor Coordination: Research and manage property-specific documentation, including HOA demands, litigations, and violations.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate property access requirements and initiate work orders to ensure all prerequisites for a successful transaction are met.
  • Data Integrity: Use internal support tools (like Zendesk) to validate final documents and resolve discrepancies before they become roadblocks.
