Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager, Transaction Advisory Services. The responsibilities include leading and managing financial due diligence engagements, conducting quality of earnings and net working capital analyses, and supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. The role also involves reviewing financial documents, identifying key financial trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with clients to ensure alignment on strategic goals and provide advice that minimizes risk and maximizes transaction value.

Qualifications

  • 7 - 12 + years of relevant experience in conducting Transaction Advisory & Financial Due Diligence work.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, and common EBITDA adjustments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, including data manipulation and financial modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and client service orientation.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends and potential risks.
  • Expertise in Finance, including financial modeling and understanding of financial statements.
  • Technical proficiency in Due Diligence and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings and insights clearly to clients and team members.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  • Experience in private equity, transaction advisory services, or investment banking.
