Job Description Our client, an established and regarded insolvency firm located in North York (M3C 3E5) is seeking 2 CPAs to join their growing team. As an Associate, Corporate Insolvency you will report directly to the President. As a corporate restructuring professional, you will play a hands-on role in driving advisory engagements, executing insolvency plans, and working directly with stakeholders through complex corporate restructurings.

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management forecasts, dynamic cash flow models, and budgets. Restructuring & Planning: Develop and execute strategic insolvency plans, business turnarounds, and debt resolution strategies. Engagement Execution: Take physical and operational possession of insolvent businesses, working in close coordination with Trustees.

Due Diligence & Investigations: Perform detailed financial due diligence, asset evaluations, and forensic financial analysis. Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead client-facing meetings, deliver presentations to key stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships throughout each engagement. Key Qualifications & Attributes Designation: Active CPA designation required.

Background: Prior public practice experience (mid-sized to large national/international accounting firm). Skills: Strong foundation in financial reporting, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
