Inside Sales Consultant with French and Spanish/Portugese Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and naturally builds strong client relationships. Your high communication skills and customer-centric approach will be crucial in navigating negotiations, handling objections, and closing deals effectively.

The role & the team:

You will join Trans.eu, an international tech company operating in 63 countries. We develop cutting-edge digital solutions for transport, freight forwarding, and logistics, powered by the expertise of top developers, customer experience specialists, machine learning engineers, and AI experts.

Your role in the team:

• Handling inbound digital leads to identify client needs, present our offerings, and efficiently convert sales opportunities.
• Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound communication channels to continuously expand the customer base.
• Executing wake-up campaigns to reactivate dormant clients and recover stalled purchasing processes.
• Verifying orders and maintaining meticulous records of every phone call and sales activity within our systems.
• Manually authorizing companies that fail automatic authorization using available tools and in accordance with established procedures
• Monitoring personal performance to meet quarterly goals.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, CX, Operations, Finance, and Support to ensure a high-quality sales process and customer experience.

Required skills:

• Experience: proven track record in managing a full sales cycle, from lead qualification to successfully closing deals.
• Tool Pro: proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and modern sales tools.
• Languages: English minimum B1 and excellent knowledge of French and Spanish/Portugese. Italian is a plus.
