Pay Range: Earn $65,000 - 85,000 per year. $28.00 - 38.00 hourly + spiffs

Responsibilities

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will:

  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial properties.
  • Lead and mentor a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, timelines, and system operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Expertise in installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC safety protocols and building codes.
  • EPA certification (Universal preferred).
  • Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and set a positive example.
