Job description

Court Monitor

A Court Monitor at Altitude will be working directly with customers to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing safety at the park. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment.

Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.

Some responsibilities of court monitor include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers to enhance experience
  • Consistent attentiveness and readiness for safety and injury assistance
  • Ability to identify equipment or customer safety violations
  • Good energy and positive body language
  • Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations
  • Maintain our standard of cleanliness and presentation on the courts
  • Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management
  • Resolve questions and concerns independently
