Job Title: Court Monitor

Position Overview:
Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking an energetic and responsible Court Monitor to ensure a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for all guests on our trampoline courts. As a Court Monitor, you will be responsible for supervising activities, enforcing safety rules, assisting guests, and maintaining a safe environment on the courts. This is a fast-paced role that requires vigilance, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Court Supervision & Safety:
  • Monitor guest activity: Supervise guests on the trampoline courts to ensure they are following park rules and safety guidelines.
  • Enforce safety protocols: Make sure that guests are using the trampolines and other attractions safely, including appropriate conduct and proper use of equipment.
  • Provide guidance: Assist guests with instructions on how to safely participate in trampoline activities (e.g., jumping, dodgeball, basketball).
  • Act quickly in emergencies: Respond to emergency situations.
  • Remain calm under pressure: In the event of an emergency, stay composed and follow established safety procedures.
2. Customer Service & Engagement:
  • Engage with guests: Provide friendly and helpful service by answering questions, assisting with safety gear (e.g., socks), and ensuring that all guests are having a positive experience.
