Position Summary Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated and talented Tram Driver to join our team. This role contributes directly to our mission by delivering exceptional service and supporting the well-being of our residents, families, and fellow partners. The Tram Driver is responsible for working in accordance with the transportation policy and providing regularly scheduled transportation for all residents.
Key Contributions
  • Completes scheduled tram runs on time aiding residents, partners, and guests.
  • Delivers inter-office mail throughout property.
  • Assist residents in handling packages.
  • Keeps trams clean, fully charged and in good operating condition. Reports unsafe conditions and issues to supervisor.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
  • During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event.
  • Must be able to operate a golf cart and vehicle.
  • Must have a Florida Driver's License and a safe driving record.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED.
