The Project Manager will manage construction projects for new homes, and renovation of manufactured housing communities and multifamily housing communities.
  • Oversee wastewater treatment facility, sanitary sewer lift stations and drinking water wells, which includes communication with respective certified operators and all State or local regulatory representatives for any issues to maintain compliance.
  • Schedule all home setters for new home installations.
  • Handle all construction related projects and contractors, including updates or repairs to Community buildings, structures, infrastructure, utilities, etc.
  • Schedule all road paving.
  • Work and communicate with various governmental agencies, especially municipal building departments.
  • Work and communicate with various engineers.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, track critical milestones, and monitor daily progress to guarantee projects meet their scheduled completion dates.
  • Manage financial resources, approve invoices, process change orders, and prepare detailed cost reports to avoid budget overruns.
  • Negotiate contracts and procure materials, equipment, and required building permits from appropriate authorities.
  • Ensure all on-site work meets quality standards, strict environmental regulations, and local or national safety codes.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3 to 10+ years of related experience in construction project management and field supervision is desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of physical facilities, including construction renovation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and other project partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record, insurability under the Company's policy at all times, and reliable transportation.
