Job description

TRCs client is a leader in general contract construction, looking for a Project Manager on a full-time, direct-hire basis.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead and oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

-Participate in site safety programs to ensure safe working conditions and eliminate workplace accidents. Actively promote safety awareness and compliance with OSHA and company regulations.

-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

-Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools to track progress and manage milestones.

-Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsMonitor project costs and financials, ensuring projects stay within budget and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.

-Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

-Provide leadership and training to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

-Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth execution and timely problem-solving


REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

-3-7 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry.

-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling techniques, and construction best practices.

-Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.

-Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
