Work You'll Do

As a Project Manager, Functional Transformation on the project, you will be:

  • The Security Training Instructor (STI) responsible for the training of all personnel supporting the task order, ensuring the workforce meets all training requirements and maintains proficiency in screening procedures. 
  • The STI develops and delivers training material, administers the New Hire Training Program (NHTP) for newly hired screeners, manages classroom training logistics and quality, and maintains close communication with site supervisors on training issues that may reveal screening weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
  • Consistent in-house Security Training Instructor positions, the STI also performs a portion of direct screening duties to maintain personal proficiency and instructional credibility.
