LOC Credit Union is seeking a collaborative and experienced Senior Training & Talent Specialist to join our Human Resources & Training team.In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, leading employee onboarding, coordinating recruitment efforts, designing and delivering engaging training programs, and supporting career development initiatives that strengthen employee performance and member service. You'll have the opportunity to create innovative learning experiences, facilitate leadership and operational training, manage our Learning Management System, and use data and metrics to continuously improve talent development programs.We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences from recruitment through professional growth.
