Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000/Annually

PURPOSE

The Regional Training Manager is a support position to the restaurants. They are tasked in ensuring that all hourly employees and managers are trained properly. Being the Knowledge expert in multiple concepts standards, with the goal for great guest satisfaction of dining experiences. Working side by side with the restaurant teams to build strong relationships to strengthen the learning and development of the daily operations in the restaurant.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• Work in partnership with GM’s and Regional Directors to validate proper training being executed at the store level. 

• Validating proper training materials and tools are in place at the restaurants. 

• Identifying training materials needed for concepts to further strengthen service standards and menu knowledge. 

• Identifying and certify trainers at store level for all workgroups. 

• Development of Shift Coordinators and Managers in Training.

• Daily Visit reports on observations of service standards during restaurant visit. 

• Support the rollout of company strategic initiatives.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, problem solving, professional development, and team engagement within the training team.

• Track and report on training program effectiveness, employee progress, and overall impact on restaurant performance.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and on-site visits.

• Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

• Develop training materials, manuals, and tools that align with XRG’s brand standards and operational procedures.

• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs. Modify/ improve existing programs while applying principles of learning models and theories. 

• Work within our Fine dining concepts to elevate service expectations with strong F&B knowledge.

• Travel to locations in the designated region with potential trips requiring flying out of town for multiple days at a time. 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Strong communication and desire to grow is a must.

• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays. 

• Experience with Micros, Tabit, Hotschedules a Plus

• Knowledge of using an LMS system prior

• Experience in a fine dining restaurant with elevated service standards

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

• High energy and outgoing personality 

• 21+ years of age

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Power point, and Excel; Canva proficient a plus

• Experience in a full service, high volume restaurant or food and beverage multi-unit environment for a minimum of 3 years.
