Job description

Immediate need for a talented Training Operations Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications for trainees and other stakeholders
  • Updating and distributing training reports
  • Scheduling/invitations/LMS registration for each trainee
  • Compile data for training improvements and reporting
  • Ensuring all materials are ready for each class
  • Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed
  • Ensuring rooms are setup per program needs
  • Ensuring technology in room is enabled and ready prior to session.
  • Creating and following up with catering orders for classes (Lunch order)
  • Managing training records of program based on attendance
  • Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis
  • Managing training sample product inventory
  • Performing additional operational duties as requested
  • Supporting Training Center operations by managing of training sample products and general quality of facility

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency
  • Motivated to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment enjoys creating structure where there may be none
  • Customer-service oriented must be able to professionally and tactfully interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to demonstrate influence without direct authority
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented; have strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent and can take charge of responsibilities, but not afraid to ask for guidance when needed
  • Strong time and priority management skills able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent and competing deadlines
