About the Role

The Hospitality Assistant is a multi-skilled team member who supports residents and community operations across hospitality, dining, housekeeping, and general resident assistance. This role ensures smooth daily operations while promoting positive interactions and enhancing resident satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests
  • Assist residents with daily activities, escorting them to programs and events
  • Support culinary services, including meal prep, service, and clean-up, ensuring compliance with dietary needs and community standards
  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining public areas
  • Monitor resident health and behavior, reporting changes to supervisors
  • Support the Sales Team as needed with resident-related documentation and follow-up
  • Maintain a safe environment, adhering to company safety standards and reporting unsafe actions
  • Document care and follow company policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines
  • Respond appropriately to life safety or emergency situations
  • Foster teamwork and contribute positively to the community culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned
