OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a large-scale client transformation initiative. This role will lead the learning, training, and adoption approach to help users transition successfully to new processes, systems, and ways of working. The ideal candidate has experience developing learning strategies for complex operational or digital transformations, with a strong understanding of training, organizational change, readiness, and adoption. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: Develop and execute the learning, training, and adoption strategy Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning roadmaps, curriculum strategies, learning plans, and role-based training approaches. Design and develop learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and eLearning formats. Create practical learning resources, including job aids, quick reference guides, process guides, videos, user guides, and knowledge articles. Design tailored learning experiences for a diverse range of internal business functions and external stakeholder groups. Develop adoption and reinforcement approaches, including coaching, office hours, ongoing support, and learning feedback loops. Support business readiness, capability assessments, learning evaluations, and knowledge validation throughout the transformation. Monitor training effectiveness, adoption, user confidence, and knowledge gaps, using insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with client stakeholders, project leadership, change management, business, and technology teams to align learning activities with broader transformation objectives. WHAT SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED: Demonstrated experience designing and leading learning strategies for large-scale operational, technology, or digital transformations. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, organizational change, digital adoption, and business readiness. Experience developing training needs assessments, learning roadmaps, curricula, learning plans, and role-based training. Proven ability to design effective learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital formats. Experience supporting system implementations and translating new processes and technology into practical, user-focused learning experiences. Strong understanding of adoption, reinforcement, coaching, and post-training support approaches. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness, knowledge retention, user confidence, and adoption, and recommend improvements based on findings. Strong client-facing stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. A strategic and hands-on approach, with the ability to define the overall learning direction while also developing practical training solutions. WHY MARINER?
