Key Responsibilities

  • Be at the heart of our fundraising success by managing gift processing, financial reconciliation, and donor records with accuracy and care.
  • Help build meaningful donor relationships through timely acknowledgments, stewardship support, and exceptional service.
  • Leverage data and reporting tools to provide insights, support campaigns, and ensure the integrity of donor information.
  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for donors, community members, and partners, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Play a key role in fundraising events and high-impact giving seasons, helping our team achieve its mission and goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of two or more years of college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.At least one year of administrative assistant or coordinator experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, social services, or mission-driven environment.
