Earn $1,000–$1,500+ Weekly  |  $15/hr Guaranteed Base + Uncapped Production Bonus

How you get paid

You're guaranteed $15/hour, no matter what — and on top of that, an uncapped production bonus. We don't pay like everybody else: your output drives your paycheck, and there's no ceiling on it. Most installers who hit their stride land well above base pay, with top performers earning $1,000–$1,500+ a week. We'll go over the details on your first call.

·     Weekly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule (some weekends)

·     Full benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D

·     401(k) with company match

What you'll do

Install and replace smart water meters, using your own vehicle to drive your daily route between scheduled customer appointments. We provide a mobile device that maps your route and lets you log job info and photos on the spot.

What you need

·     Valid driver's license + reliable personal vehicle (used daily to drive your route between scheduled appointments, where you'll perform the meter change-outs)

·     Your own basic tools: sharp shooter shovel, channel locks, flathead screwdriver, PVC cutter, SawZall (a plus, not required)

·     Comfortable with physical, hands-on outdoor work

·     Mechanical aptitude

·     Pass a background check and drug screening
