Position Overview

Humane Pathways Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide comprehensive mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques to address emotional and social challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous client files in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns and trainees, aligning with agency goals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Attend mandatory program and agency meetings, contributing insights that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Prepare programmatic reports as requested by the Director, streamlining documentation procedures for efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely data entry into our AWARDS electronic health record system, improving client management and reporting capabilities.
  • Coordinate and promote recruitment events for interns and trainees, ensuring a continual influx of skilled professionals into our organization.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for interns and collaboration with universities to ensure that educational requirements and compliance measures are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for each intern, ensuring audit compliance and readiness for inspections.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation process for interns, focusing on feedback that supports their growth and development.
  • Respond to clinical crises and non-crisis situations with clinical consultations, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and swift intervention.
  • Conduct regular checks on the workspace environment, reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
  • Engage in continuous monitoring of clinical program objectives and service delivery to achieve high standards and client satisfaction.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of your work will be with clients undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. This population often faces a variety of emotional and social challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma history. Your role will involve providing therapeutic support, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans that foster a supportive and compassionate environment for each client.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
  • Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is a must.
  • Experience in providing telehealth services effectively, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care models.
  • Reside within the United States, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
