Bring Graphics to Life as Our Printer Operator
Are you ready to contribute to high-impact event visuals with precision and speed? The Expo Group is seeking a Printer Operator to produce large-format graphics and signage for trade shows and events. This onsite, part-time role is based in our Orlando, Florida office, and is essential to delivering exceptional client-facing visuals that elevate the event experience.
In this role, you will:
  • Operate large-format printers and software (ONYX/Asanti) to produce final printed materials.
  • Collaborate with layout artists to ensure print files are accurate and production-ready.
  • Review jobs for color accuracy, numbering, sizes, and other specifications before printing.
  • Coordinate with production staff, project managers, and sales to align production needs.
  • Support project tracking, labeling, finishing, and logistics tasks.
  • Assist the Graphics Production Manager in maintaining print standards and operational procedures.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
  • Educational Foundation: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in large format printing or graphic production.
  • Credentials: Familiarity with Onyx, Asanti, PosterShop, or Production House preferred.
  • Key Skills: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), time management, color correction, ICC profiles, and ability to follow written instructions independently.
