Compensation: $125,000 - $170,000 at commission. Training allowance, Bonus, benefits, and 401(k).
Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth in the Nassau-Suffolk region.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes consistently.
Qualifications
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and expand client base.
