Job description

Sparkle Haus is hiring a hands-on Field Trainer who can do excellent work, teach a proven system, and help new Sparklers become confident, independent professionals. This is not a desk-only training position. You will clean residential homes, train new hires in the field, coach quality and efficiency, and help protect the standards that make our company successful.

You may be a great fit if you:

Love helping people improve — and are comfortable correcting them when the standard is missed.

Can follow a proven system instead of constantly reinventing the process.

Are patient enough to teach, organized enough to document, and assertive enough to hold people accountable.

Clean with excellent detail while moving with purpose and efficiency.

Communicate clearly, stay positive under pressure, and give useful feedback.

Want a long-term role with leadership responsibility — not just another cleaning job.

What you’ll do

Train new Sparklers in our field cleaning system, quality standards, tools, safety, workflow, and client-home expectations.

Explain and demonstrate techniques, then observe trainees performing them.

Coach mistakes immediately and require correct repetition.

Help trainees build speed without sacrificing quality.

Complete daily training notes and communicate progress to management.

Recommend when a trainee is ready to advance, needs more coaching, or is not meeting the standard.

Perform residential cleaning work when you are not actively training.

Model our values every day: Have Fun, Be Real, Help Out.

Pay & earning opportunity

$19/hour guaranteed for every hour worked.

Mileage reimbursement paid separately.

Performance bonus/tier earning opportunity based on eligible job volume and Job Ticket Hours.

Additional $25 for each qualifying day you are assigned to train a new Sparkler.

Tips and other qualifying earning opportunities may apply.

Trainers currently average approximately $1,000–$1,500+ per week depending on schedule, production, tier performance, training assignments and other earnings.*

What we’re looking for

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

Strong residential cleaning ability or comparable hands-on service experience.

Experience training, coaching, leading, onboarding, teaching, or mentoring others strongly preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow a defined process.

Comfort giving direct, respectful feedback.

Ability to document progress and communicate concerns promptly.

Professional conduct inside clients’ homes.

Our values

Have Fun — Bring positive energy and celebrate progress.
Be Real — Be honest, accountable, and open to coaching.
Help Out — Support the client and the team without waiting to be asked.

The person we want

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. We are looking for someone who is patient, engaging, structured, consistent, and willing to hold a clear standard. The best candidate can make a new hire feel supported without lowering expectations.

Hiring process

Finalists should expect a practical training demonstration so we can see how you explain a process, demonstrate it, observe a learner, and give coaching.

*Weekly earnings are an estimate based on current trainer experience and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, work assigned, eligible volume, production, tier status, training assignments, tips/qualifying extras, and other applicable factors. Current company policies govern compensation and eligibility.
