Sparkle Squad is growing and looking for positive people who enjoy the outdoors to join our team! Since opening in April 2012, our company has grown to be one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We love what we do, and it shows in every window we clean. We are the Cleaner, Safer, Better window cleaning company.

The Position: Window Cleaning/ Light installation Technician

(Seasonal with possibility of full or part time)

We Are Seeking Candidates Who:

● Want to take their career to the next level. All our managers started at entry-level positions within the company, and there is plenty of room to grow into a management role in the 2025 season.
● Want to provide excellent customer service and grow their interpersonal communication skills.
● Want to work at a growing company. Sparkle Squad has opened multiple locations across the United States and Canada, and with continued expansion, we offer exciting opportunities for career advancement.
● Want to work outdoors and in a team environment on a daily basis.
● Are self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible.

● Are licensed drivers.
● Get fulfillment through completing work at a high degree of quality.
● Have ladder experience and are comfortable working at heights.
● Are interested in (or have experience with) installing holiday lighting and permanent LED lighting systems—training provided.

What You Will Do

● Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while providing exceptional customer service.
● Install holiday lighting and permanent LED lighting systems during our busy lighting seasons.
● Use ladders (extension, step, and combination ladders) safely and confidently—working at heights is required.
● Excel in a fast-paced team environment.
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.
● Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training.
