Electronic Security Operations Supervisor
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the installation and service departments of the branch. This includes mentoring and empowering employees so as to complete tasks in a highly efficient manner as well as working with customers to ensure the work completed exceeds their expectations. - Solid knowledge of installation, design, and repair of Electronic Security Systems
- High School Diploma or GED (Technical training or related degree preferred)
- Ability to obtain required industry licensures/certifications
- Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of fire and electrical codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for occasional overnight travel
