Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS)

Minneola Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist (MT/MLS) to join our team. As a critical access hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including a full-time position with rotating weeknight call and rotating weekend/holiday coverage.

Job Description: We are currently hiring for a full-time MLT or MT/MLS position at Minneola Healthcare. The ideal candidate must have a degree in medical laboratory science or a related field and be proficient in performing laboratory tests and analyses. Responsibilities will include working in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank (excluding Microbiology), ensuring accurate and timely test results for patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Work in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank, to provide comprehensive testing services to support patient care.
