Job description

QuickPro Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join our client's team, located in Walton, KY, as entry level CNC Machine Operators/Machinist Trainees. No prior machine operating experience is required - they provide hands-on training for individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

This is a manufacturing opportunity with a company that designs and manufactures tooling and fixturing systems for major automotive manufacturers robotic welding lines. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, mechanically minded individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning advanced manufacturing technology.

Schedule/Pay and Work Environment:
  • Full-time, First shift positions
  • Standard 40-hour schedule, weekdays
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work when production is in high demand
  • Starting pay $17-22 hourly
As a machinist trainee, you will recieve training in:
  • Operating CNC and manual mills and lathes
  • Reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Understanding and applying G-Code programming concepts
  • Using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Maintaining safe and efficient machine operation
  • Basic welding and assembly processes
  • Working with automated and robotic manufacturing systems
*TRAINEES WILL BEGIN BY LEARNING AND MANUAL MACHINING FUNDAMENTALS BEFORE PROGRESSING INTO CNC SETUP AND OPERATION.
